1) Initial assessment and Getting to know session


Our initial meeting typically about half an hour to not only see if you feel comfortable with me but for us both to identify what you want to achieve from your sessions. It’s my chance to find out a little bit about you including lifestyle, job/or family commitments, interests, hobbies, goals and any physical activities that you do all ready, This will help me design your individual programme. Should you decide to go ahead and book a sessions/sessions we will go through a PARQ [Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire] to see if consulting with your Doctor is advisable before our first session & also to arrange convenient training date/dates to get you ‘on your way to a fitter, healthier and happier life

(2) 1-2-1 Personal Training session at client’s home or our Gym


This will be a specifically tailored 1 hour session for the individual. The uniquely structured programme will be developed to enable you to achieve your goals. In addition to the training programme there will also be on-going weight testing, BMI,[Body Mass Index] body fat & water assessments, & accurate measuring .........................£32.00
TRAVEL: - If the training location (client’s home is over 15 miles radius.......................Add £6.00


(3) 1-2-2 Personal Training session at client’s home or our Gym – Ideal for Couples or Friends


This will be a specifically tailored 1 hour session for TWO People. The structured programmes will be developed to enable you both to achieve your individual goals. As with the 1-2-1 sessions there will be the developing training programme together with on-going weight testing, BMI,[Body Mass Index] body fat & water assessments, & accurate measuring ……………………..£55.00,

TRAVEL: - If the training location (client’s home is over 15 miles radius.......................Add £6.00

(4) Food Diary and Nutrition Assessment


This will consist of an initial 15min meeting explaining how to complete their diary (to be completed for 1 week period). A week later we will review and assess the completed Food Diary together (approx 1 hour session). After the review I will advise on dietary modifications and provide you with written recommendations to help achieve a more balanced & healthier diet specifically tailored to achieving the your goals……………£39
